Each individual may maintain only one (1) active helllowin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helllowin login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify helllowin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. helllowin will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. helllowin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
helllowin is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures. You agree to provide any documentation requested by helllowin for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
All transactions on the helllowin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). helllowin does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which helllowin bears no responsibility.
helllowin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your helllowin account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. helllowin reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your helllowin account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. helllowin processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts as promptly as possible; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes, while bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and system availability.
helllowin reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds verification, or any other due diligence procedure required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulations. Withdrawals will not be processed until all outstanding KYC requirements are fulfilled.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be deemed inactive. helllowin reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to the registered email address or mobile number on file prior to any deduction.

helllowin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your helllowin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
helllowin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
